The module is used for steering the electric motor and lighting in all kinds of ventilation hoods.
Functionality:
it detects five characteristic gestures for operating the ventilation hood
it can sense gestures even through materials as thick as 15 mm (apart from metals)
it automatically adapts its sensitivity to specific conditions e.g. wet or dirty environment
it can detect gestures from as far as 5 cm distance
